Patimex is a charcoal company which operates in the charcoal market in Poland for over 12 years. They mainly target wholesalers
and larger customers to work with. The webpage content resolves around showing their offering in other word products that they
manufacture in continuous sale. So as to attract wholesalers and customers with bulky demand. In their content they also have a
gallery picture where they post pictures as well as a road map to reach them and a contact page to communicate.

Navigation
The website does not hold many contents so the navigation can be performed by just using a simple navigation bar. Interestingly
enough, they decided to have 2 navigation bar with similar redirects one on top and the other on the bottom with the only difference being
the top one is in Polish and the bottom one in English.
Layout
Gallery page layout:
Once on the gallery page, we can see there is a generic static camera/banner image on the left
with the pictures on the right. There is no description what so ever on what the image might represent or where it was taken etc.
so we are left to wonder on our own.
Clicking on a picture opens a new window to display it. This can be inconvenient as you have to open a new window everytime you want to see an image.
A simple slideshow or pop up to enlarge (not a new browser window) would have worked better.
Contact page layout:
The contact page layout uses plain HTML with text boxes and regular buttons to submit a query to them.
Behaviour

Patimex has a auto-playing music which can be annoying to some people (also does not seem professional,
they are not trying to work with kids but rather adults wholesalers as mentioned in #content).
The music player is also not sync to all open
tabs meaning that if you open more than one patimex tab the music is going to overlap.
Additionally, there are constant animation movement which can become irritating after long sessions.

Overall functionality
Patimex overall functionality is weak, it is not secured there is no HTTPS or SSL certification. It
still uses Adobe Flash Player which will be discontinued by Google Chrome in December 2020. Menaing that
the website will no longer work unless they update to the appropriate web technology. The contact method
is also plain with no verification that can be easily be abused by bots. Patimex is plainly in need of an update.
User experience
The user experience is not the best, you are forced to use an external translator if you are not fluent in Polish.
Moreover, I had to go in my browser setting in order to enable Adobe Flash Player just to get the website working.
The latter shows how redundant the technology is. Furthermore, the music should not auto-play itself, in fact Google
is showing effort to prevent this with updates to chrome. Communication is done via email where nowadays modern
website has chat support within the website itself. Furthermore, if the price was indicated there would be less need to
contact Patimex thus relieving both the user and Patimex workload. Finally, some image are missing as seen in the image below.
